The studio is large and sets up nicely with a comfortable distance between the players. The studio dimensions are 50 x 75 x 16 feet and has a DC (critical distance) of 14 feet or better! If headphones and iso rooms are required, we have 6 cue systems originating from the Mozart console. Cue sends are amplified using BGW 250 power amps and are distributed passively for maximum undistorted level. Shure in ear wireless systems are also available for live as well as studio work and have been used with good results. Many times it is actually possible to send the lead vocal over loudspeakers for monitoring, eliminating the need for phones altogether. This technique can really bring the band together nicely. STUDIO INSTRUMENTS Instruments in the studio include a baby grand piano, Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer, Hammond, drum kits, percussion, and more. Additionally we can offer a selection of vintage amps, chimes, timpani, vibes, and more. If you have special instrument needs please contact us. We’ll do our best.
